Jaw - Neck & Facial injuries 

Severed damaged vocal cords + hearing damage on one ear 

H.I.3 Case related & injuries July 2022

Talking too loud or too quiet controllably

Talking while working with head phones on not realizing noise levels 


SOME PEOPLE THAT ARE UNAWARE 

Can become confused & expect a mental concern yet it is simply the vocal cord - hearing damage & issues with sound - vocals 

The lack of resolution with the one Ontario lab is a concern due to neurological technology intervention 

Once people are given an explanation with medical records & hospital scans they are understanding of the situation & helpful

Attempts by the one Ontario lab & other factors pertaining to the injuries mislead people in Toronto into thinking Dr Nicolas R Bennett was mentally ill like other efforts taken between 2012-2023 yet this has been addressed successfully August 10, 2023 using facts in Scarborough - Toronto with medical documents & legal representation connected 


SOCIAL - FINANCIAL SITUATION 

Due to Covid 19 money was transferred to daughter Madison (born 2004) & homes owned sold while assets sold 

Travel apartment & owned residences, vehicles & motorcycles sold 

Restructured portfolio & seized banking accounts in Canada due to the one Ontario lab situation 

Flew from Calgary to Toronto in August 2022 then to Palm Springs in California, USA briefly before Toronto

The Toronto General Hospital placed Dr Nicolas R Bennett (Sydney) into a resource shelter network to work & focus on injures while working to obtain a new rental place & residence temporarily while dealing with the H.I.3 Case 

Living in the Shelter Network with counsellors & assistance alongside a temporary Disability benefit rebuilding a new life while Madison is living in the European Union of countries
