I made the decision summer 2023, due to H.I.3 to keep my Canadian citizenship & while I own a property in Calgary & North Bay & area I an looking at long-term changes in my finalized restructured personal portfolio reflecting changes due to H.I.3 & different factors affecting my international portfolio & overall life

Signing off the temporary coverage after September 1, 2023 at some point

SECURED NEW ACCOUNTS - PERSONAL & CIG

Secured accounts for new restructured portfolio of personal, joint & CIG investments after reviewing over 250 options between 2022-2023

CIG interests selling remaining Calgary & Montreal properties. CIG North American holdings options are operating separately from Euro-Asian June 1, 2023 as per agreements 

Will retain a couple North Bay & area properties in Canada only & joint international options with Dr Carly Koslov, Dr Tekari Yoshimoto & Nicole R Bennett with brother Patrick R Bennett

CANADIAN OPTIONS 

I had considered Tofino & Whistler or other options yet man-made or natural disaster risk is a concern between weather & seismic activity so the North Bay & area has a lower rate of occurrences in Canada which is attractive for the September 1, 2023 Cypress International Biotechnology deal plus January 2024 plans 

Potential past US options were cancelled for the same concerns & June 1, 2023 North American holdings deal for CIG
